This book is about:
"Scrapman is lonely at night because his owner sleeps in a different building. He started to play with some bolts and screws. He finds that he had made a cat's head. Scrapman thought that if he made the rest of cat, he wouldn't be lonely anymore, but he finds that a cat isn't just the body it's the noises as well..."

My favourite part of the book is
"When Scrapcat's burglar alarm noise made the burglars drop the things they were stealing and run away."

I would also like to say
"I felt like crying when the burglars tied Scrapman's body and mouth up, so he couldn't move or speak."

The main characters are
"Scrapman and Scrapcat.
Scrapman was made from scraps from the scrapyard, by Winson (Scrapman's owner).Scrapcat was made by Scrapman, from bolts, screws, a feather duster
and some wooden stool legs.Scrapman wanted Scrapcat to purr but all he could
find was a burglar alarm noise."
