This book is about:
"There is a boy called David who has just moved house and started a new school. This is because his Dad has a new job.
When they are striping wallpaper in David's room, they discover a secret room.
David eventually makes friends with Darren. His teacher says he is not making an effort at parents evening."
My favourite part of the book is
"When they find the secret room and discover what is inside."

"I have just moved to a new school last week. It is not like David's school because the children are much friendlier and I have made some friends already."
